Number Memory
Memorize the number before it disappears, then type it back exactly. Each correct round adds one more digit.
What Number Memory measures
Number Memory is a digit span challenge: you hold a sequence of digits in mind for a few seconds, then reproduce it exactly. It is a focused way to test short-term memory, attention, and resistance to interference.
The trick is not to stare harder. Try grouping digits into chunks of two or three, then read the groups rhythmically. Chunking turns a long string into a smaller number of meaningful units, which is exactly how working memory handles more information without changing its raw capacity.
