Contact One Minute Web
Have a question, bug report, correction, privacy request, accessibility note, or business inquiry? Send a message to [email protected].
What to include
A short, specific message helps us respond faster. If you are reporting a website bug, include the page URL, your browser, your device type, and what you expected to happen. If you are reporting a mobile app issue, include the app name, app version if available, device model, operating system version, and what happened.
Common reasons to write
- Support questions about the focus timer, browser games, Mindful Arcade, or local data
- Privacy questions about localStorage, mobile app data, analytics, ads, or data deletion
- Accessibility feedback for the website or mobile apps
- Corrections for blog posts, definitions, examples, or explanations
- Business, media, or partnership questions
Response times
One Minute Web is an independent project, so replies come from a real person rather than a ticketing system. Most messages get a response within a few business days. Bug reports with clear reproduction steps and privacy requests are prioritized. If your message is time-sensitive, say so in the subject line.
Reporting a bug that we can actually fix
The most useful bug reports answer three questions: what did you do, what did you expect, and what happened instead? For website issues, adding your browser name and whether the problem persists after a page refresh usually cuts the diagnosis time in half. For Mindful Arcade issues, the app version and your Android version do the same job.
Because game scores, streaks, and settings are stored locally on your device, we cannot see or restore them from our side — but we can fix the bug that caused a problem so it does not happen again.
Feedback and suggestions
Suggestions for new games, timer features, blog topics, or accessibility improvements are genuinely welcome and regularly shape what gets built next. If a tool almost works for your routine but not quite, that gap is exactly the kind of detail worth writing in about.
Privacy note
The website and apps are built to run without One Minute Web accounts. If you email us, your message will include whatever information you choose to send. Contact messages are kept only as long as reasonably needed for support. For more details, read the Privacy Policy.
